About Trudi WakemanTrudi is a very experienced management consultant, workshop trainer and facilitator and has over 25 years working with professionals from a wide range of organisations. Her career employment includes working for British Aerospace, Commercial Aircraft, Personnel; as a training consultant for Brathay Development Training - where she worked with numerous diverse companies; and as management consultant for the BBC. She has a Masters degree in Management Learning and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. As a skilled communicator, she makes theory very accessible to workshop participants whilst also focusing on the practical issues and problems people have at work. She has a learner centred approach, and believes strongly that all learning & development should be carried out in collaboration with learners and delivered with plenty of discussion and support. Trudi is also licensed to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and is registered with Saville and Holdsworth to use their 360-degree feedback psychometrics. Keeping up to date with learning methods, she holds a certificate in E-moderating and a certificate in Education & E-Learning from Sheffield University.
