About John BurgoyneJohn Burgoyne is a Professor of Management Learning at Lancaster University Management School and Henley Management College.He is a psychologist by background and has worked on numerous projects including the evaluation of management development, the learning process, managerial competencies and self-development and organisational learning. He has also completed a two-year secondment as Policy Research Consultant to the Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership, a Government sponsored independent inquiry into the development and utilisation of management and leadership talent.
